1. Opening an Account
(Membership)
In regards to usage of this site, you are responsible
for
maintaining the confidentiality of the login information (such as username
and password), the contents of each transaction and personal account
information, and you are agreeing to the acceptance of responsibility for
all activities that occur under your membership account.
Klee will sell products to anyone over the age of 18. However, if
you are under 18, Klee will only sell its products with involvement of a
credit card of a parent or any adult who has consented to the usage of
his/her personal information and credit card. Klee and its affiliates
reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit
content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Once you apply for membership and have received your username and password information, you are automatically agreeing to all the terms and conditions of this site.
2. Territory
Klee supplies the products on this site only to those customers who
purchase and require shipping within the United States and
Canada.
3. Accessibility
Klee provides limited access and use of this site. The entire site and any
portion of this site may not be copied, reproduced or sold without the
prior written consent of Klee, Inc.
4. Copyright
All contents, including logos, text, images, on this site, but not limited
to, which are developed and possessed by Klee, Inc. and Printon,
manufacturer of Klee's products, are the property ofctheirs and also shall
be protected by international copyright laws.
All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used
for
descriptive purposes only. Klee, Inc. and Printon Co., LTD are not associated with other
manufacturers.
5. Risk of Loss
All items purchased by the customer from Klee are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that Klee is not responsible for the risk of
loss and title for such items upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Limited Warranty
Klee warrants that the products shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of puhchase. Klee also
warrants replacement of the customer's printer, if it has been damaged by
the refill process, within one year of the date of purchase of the
products, provided that the printer has not been tampered with or abused
as determined by Klee at its sole discretion.
7. Refund Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you have received a defective product, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All refill kits come with a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and handling charges. Please email us at customersupport@kleeinc.com and notify us of whether you would like to return or exchange a purchase, and your reasons for this decision. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, or kits that do not have all of the original contents. So please be aware and email us as soon as possible. All refunds will be issued via company check within 30days of receipt of product.

8. Government Law
The construction and performance of this agreement, and agreements
conducted pursuant thereto, shall be governed by the laws of the State of
California (U.S.A.).
9. Arbitration
All disputes or controversies relating to the products you purchased
on this site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in San Jose,
California. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the
rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The
arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in
any court of competent jurisdiction.
